1. Acceptance
By visiting MzansiTalk or creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 to use, 18 to earn.
2. Free viewing limit
Homepage shows 10 trending reels free without account. Full feeds, upload, chat, likes, follow, comments need account + Premium.
3. Your content
You keep ownership. You grant MzansiTalk non-exclusive licence to host and show it.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
No hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, illegal goods, scams, spam, impersonation, copyright abuse, bots, fake views.
5. Moderation, strikes and appeals
We may remove content or ban. 3 strikes = ban. Appeals in app, 24h response.
6. Copyright complaints
Email contact@mzansitalk.site with URL and proof.
7. Payments, Premium and Affiliate
Premium is R50 for 6 months. Non-refundable unless law requires.
Affiliate: 40% = R20 per Premium sale. Referral link is /ref/{username}. To unlock full app free you need 3 paid referrals. To withdraw earnings you need 3 paid referrals minimum. Payout 7-14 days after request. Single-level only, no downlines. Self-referrals blocked. Fraud = ban + forfeit.
8. Availability and liability
Provided "as is". No guarantee uninterrupted.
9. Changes and governing law
Governed by South African law.
